A Balance Life of Motherhood and Being a Woman

Being a mother is a life that focuses more on your kids and your family. This is even a reality to which you can’t even think about yourself because all you have in mind are your children and how to make them happy. The moment you wake up, the first thing that comes to your mind is your children. In fact, you even have your daily routine that will start from preparing everything that your children need for school, you need to feed them with healthy food, drive them to school, fetch them from school, make them dinner, and let them sleep by singing a song or cuddling with them. You should never complain because these are actually your duties as a mother but don’t forget that as an individual, you also have obligation for yourself. Yes, that is correct. Even if you are a mother, you should still think about yourself. Have you ever checked yourself in the mirror lately? When was the last time that you treated yourself for a Spa? And did you even visit your doctor lately? These are all ignored now because you dwelt too much on motherhood. But you need to remember that these things are essential to you. What if your body gave up one day and your doctor advice you to bed rest for months? Who will take care of your kids? That is why life balance is essential.

So how do you manage your life? You need to have time management. It may be a little difficult at first but as you go over it, you will appreciate how helpful it is. Begin with a body clock. It is advisable to wake up at 5am. Therefore, you can set an hour exercise every day. Jogging or other simple steps of exercise are helpful. This way, you become healthier. It even assists in your entire day activities. This gives you a more energetic feeling and alert body. Aside from exercise, make sure that you have healthy foods inside your fridge. This means that you need to eat healthy foods, too. If you do this on a daily basis, expect a happier and healthier life.

Aside from maintaining a healthy body, don’t forget that you also need pampering but without sacrificing your kid’s time. Since kids love adventure, you can set a date with them and travel. This is actually fun. You will never think of it as a tiring activity. Another option is to bring your children to the spa if you want some self pampering since spas also offer services for children. Lastly, don’t forget to always look at the mirror and offer your genuine smile because it always looks good on you.
