Fall is here and I’m dreaming of crisp apples, beef stews, pumpkins, and hayrides.
This Gluten Free Apple Crisp recipe is a lower-sugar, healthy alternative to traditional apple crisp recipes. This apple crisp is made with gluten free flour, gluten free oats, almond butter, and coconut sugar, while the traditional apple crisp is made with white flour, white sugar, butter, and cornstarch. This gluten-free apple crisp is a great way to satisfy your sweet tooth without guilt. It’s also a great option for those with food allergies or dietary restrictions.

What are the best apples for apple crisp?
When it comes to apples for apple crisp, there are a few different types you can use. Honeycrisp apples are always my first choice because they are tart and firm. Other good options include Golden Delicious, Rome, Jonathan Apples, Braeburn, and Northern Spy.
If you have lots of apples in your house this fall here are some other ways to use this seasonal treat…
