1. Visit the doctor.
Your primary care physician will help you stay aware of what you need to do in order to achieve optimal health. 3. Move daily.
Start by taking the stairs instead of the elevator at work. When you wake up in the morning and get out of bed, do fifty jumping jacks. Do another 50 jumping jacks before it’s time for bed at night. Instead of retreating to the couch after dinner, take a walk around the neighborhood first. Once you get these activities into your regimen, ease into daily visits to the gym for 30 minutes. Then, you can expand from 30 minutes to a full hour. Before you know it, exercise will be a part of your regular routine.
