My Favourite Bircher Muesli
This is a healthy variation of bircher muesli, loaded with protein, fibre and high-quality fats. Choice to make it vegan as well.
2-Stage Granola
This granola ticks all the containers and is a breeze to whip up. Provide with yoghurt and berries or seasonal fruit.
Vegan Chocolate Banana Muffins
These are so straightforward to make, completely packed with flavour and have a trace of indulgence with the heat, oozing chocolate filling.
French Toast with Maple Strawberries
French toast acquired from a café is often sugar-laden and not extremely nutritious. This variation of French toast preferences just as decadent but is sweetened with only a touch of maple syrup and mouth watering berries!
SAVOURY BRUNCH RECIPES
Corn & Zucchini Fritters
These functional fritters pack a punch when it comes to veggies and flavour. They pair beautifully with my go-to new avocado salsa on prime. I hope you get pleasure from them as a lot as I do!
Straightforward Inexperienced Eggs
This dish can be designed using what ever inexperienced veggies you have in the fridge – I love kale, spinach and Brussels sprouts most! Insert some pesto or chilli flakes to end it off – yum!
Mediterranean Frittata
I love the flavours in this protein-packed dish. It is suitable for Sunday brunch and any further can be simply saved and savored all over the 7 days.
