I remember year ago when going out to get a good pair of pants was a chore. It was not such a big deal until one day a sales lady in a popular department store responded my call to show me where I could find the right size pants in the store. And even now, I remember her exact words as if she spoke them yesterday- “The way I see you, you need to go to the boys section”, she said. To tell you that, that hurt is an understatement. I was crushed! There I was, a grown man with a wife and children, being told by some girl to go to the boys section. But that was many year ago, I have no difficulties now finding the right size pants.

But this is not about me, it is about you and about Sean Nalewanyj and his “No-fail” system- The Muscle Gain Truth, that will take you from where you are and work you to the gorgeous body that you so much desire, and all you have to bring is the determination and focus that he so much stresses.

But who is Sean Nalewanyj? Sean is a Natural Bodybuilding and Fitness Expert and an E-Book Author. He comes from a humble or even dishonorable fitness background. He has been there and felt the shame and humiliation that often comes from having a wimpy, scrawny, unimpressive body and has developed what he calls a “No-fail” system for muscle gain.

Notice it say “system”. Muscle Gain Truth is a system comprising of several modules. There is:

1. The 26 week workout guide that outlines the exact pattern of days to spend in workouts, together with the repetitions and steps involved.

2. Next is the video data base that teaches proper form to avoid injuries and boost effectiveness.

3. Module 3 is the “Take The Guesswork Out Of Your Diet!” This module focuses on your nutrition. It consists of 12 week long, 9 meals plan the starts with 2000 calories and works you up to 6000 calories. This module answers thewhat and when questions of your meal plan.

4. Then is the Muscle Gain Truth Progress Tracker 6000 is the core of this module and helps you to keep a tab on every little aspect of your fitness progress.

5. This module is like a personal qestion session. “My Personal Trainer” is the module that is designed to answer some of your question and if there are any that My Personal Trainer can not answer, you would be pleased to know that Sean would personally respond to them.

Muscle Gain Truth is a well thought out system that anticipates the needs and aspirations of anyone who desires to gain muscle and created systems to achieve just that.

My only fear about this system is that the 266 page E-book might scare some who would otherwise benefit from the Muscle Gain Truth system.…

An allied health professional, whether they are a doctor's assistant, medical coder, vocational nurse or physician, must have certain qualities to succeed at his or her job. Health care professionals may work closely with patients, or they might be removed from the actual duties of direct patient care, but in either case they must be able to think of the patient first. They must also be tolerant, thorough, and able to communicate with others. And that is just the beginning.

The following are some of the most important qualities of allied health professionals:

Bedside Manner: Having a good bedside manner applies to more than just the doctors visiting patients in their beds. Health care professionals should be comfortable with people at all stages of examination and treatment.

Communication Skills: There will often be complex medical terminology that must be explained to patients in a way they can understand. An allied health professional must also be able to listen to patients as well as colleagues.

Educational Dedication: Most jobs in this field require continuing education because of the constant advances in technology and technique, so it's necessary to keep up to date.

Empathetic: Without a sense of empathy towards patients, it will be hard to be successful or to take any sort of enjoyment out of allied health jobs.

Medical Knowledge: Even jobs such as medical billing and coding require some medical knowledge, and allied health professionals must also be willing to ask for help when they are unsure of anything.

Patience: Dealing with patients, and doctors , often requires a lot of patience. Communicating with patients and members of the health care team, as well as filling out tedious forms, requires a patient personality.

Problem Solving Skills: Whether they involve human bodies or insurance issues, there will always be problems that require thoughtful solutions in the health care field.

Supportive: Allied health professionals must always be supportive and respectful of the patient's wishes, within the letter of the law, regardless of what their personal beliefs might be.

Thorough: Medical personnel must always be thorough in what they do, no matter how seemingly menial the task. …

Wisconsin Cuts $600 Million From Medicaid Budget, Still Faces Deficit

The top Wisconsin health official said Thursday that the state is “on track to cut more than $600 million from Medicaid, but even with those reductions, high demand from the poor for insurance benefits could result in up to a $150 million shortfall.”

Karen Timberlake, secretary of the Department of Health Services, said the 66 areas targeted for cuts include delaying payments into the budget next year, increasing generic drug usage, reducing rural hospital reimbursement payments and rebidding contracts for state health care programs. At the same time, the state expects a $150 million budget shortfall because of increasing demand under the state children’s insurance program, BadgerCare Plus (Bauer, 12/17).

The jobs bill passed by Congress this week could help provide up to $490 million during 2011 and 2012 for Wisconsin’s Medicaid program, the Wisconsin State Journal reports. “The Legislature’s non-partisan budget office said earlier this week that the BadgerCare Plus Medicaid program had 700,000 participants as of Nov. 30, which is far above the average 638,000 expected for the year” (Stein, 12/17).

Washington is getting federal “bonus” money to help its health care program for low-income children. “On Thursday, officials announced that Washington was among nine states getting extra federal money for meeting performance goals. Washington’s cut is $7.5 million,” The Associated Press/Seattle Post-Intelligencer reports (12/17).

California’s state insurance program for the children of the working poor was granted a reprieve by federal authorities, who are considering whether to allow a funding mechanism that helps cover the costs of 700,000 children in the program, the Los Angeles Times reports. “That will allow the state’s Healthy Families program to continue operating under a plan adopted by the Legislature in September and signed into law by Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger. The $196-million plan included raising about $100 million with a 2.35% tax on health insurance firms serving the poor, a scheme that federal officials had said might not meet regulatory muster” (Bailey, 12/18).

In other Medicaid news, New York authorities say they’ve settled Medicaid fraud claims “against three home health agencies accused of using hundreds of aides without required training to provide care for elderly, frail and indigent New Yorkers,” The Associated Press reports in a separate story. The agencies will return $24 million to Medicaid (12/17).

Finally, in Pennsylvania, the Secret Service Thursday began helping an investigation into the “alleged theft of patient records from the University of Pennsylvania Health System” where records were used to create credit card accounts that ran up about $3,000 in charges, the Philadelphia Daily News reports. “A spokeswoman for the health system said yesterday that 18 medical records had been compromised but that all the victims had been notified and had been offered help repairing their credit issues.” A suspect has been arrested in the case (Campisi, 12/18).…

Did u know what is outsourcing? Outsourcing is the process of contracting with another company or person to do a particular function. In top most cases almost organizations outsource their product or services in some way. Typically, the function being outsourced is considered non-core to the business.

Outsourcing services can be categorized in two categories: BPO Outsourcing & KPO Outsourcing. The IT/BPO Company, for example, might outsource the services related to the information technology, business processing outsourcing and knowledge processing outsourcing. Typical BPO outsourcing services are like as multimedia & animation, bookkeeping and financial services, business consulting, CAD/CAM, call center, data entry, DTP, typesetting, Handwriting services, HR services, internet marketing, legal services, medical billing, proofreading, editing, software & technology, transcription, web design & web development and writing & Translation. Some of typical KPO services are like as knowledge processing outsourcing services, intellectual property research, animation & simulation services, data research & analytics, litigation Services, medical content & services, pharmaceuticals services, writing/content development services and database development services.

The outside firms that are providing the outsourcing services are third-party providers, or as they are more commonly called, service providers. Currently, outsourcing takes many forms. Organizations still hire service providers to handle distinct business processes, such as benefits management. But some organizations outsource whole operations. The most common forms are information technology outsourcing (ITO), knowledge processing outsourcing (KPO) and business process outsourcing (BPO). The challenges of outsourcing become especially acute when the work is being done in a different country (offshore), since that involves language, cultural and time zone differences.…

Ascension – Energy Medicine For the Lightbody

Ascension can be quite uncomfortable as the vibrational frequency of the entire form, right down to the cellular level, is changing. It does not have to be difficult, though. Fortunately, there is a new form of energy medicine on the planet to help us move through this stage, and it is called EDINA energy medicine.

Energy medicine includes such things as Quantum Touch, Reiki, Touch for Health, Quantum Healing, Psych-K, BodyTalk System and Matrix Energetics. So what is special about EDINA? It works directly on the human Lightbody. The ancients certainly knew how to work on the Lightbody. Shamanic practitioners all over the planet used Lightbody healing techniques in ancient times, though they have been largely lost over the ages. Changes to the Lightbody will affect the physical, emotional and spiritual levels of the individual. While most of us can not see the Lightbody, we definitely can feel it. When we do EDINA, almost everyone can feel the light as it is introduced into the various parts of the body.

EDIINA's ability to reclaim Lightbody healing comes from ascended Starbeings from Sirius-B called the Ankenash, who are members of the Ashtar Command, and who interact with humanity with the permission of our own Spiritual Hierarchy.

So what is the Lightbody? It is the energetic duplicate of our physical body which leaves as we die. A light leaves the human body at the moment of death. I personally saw this three distinct times while giving a stranger CPR in an airport in 1990. Clear evidence of the Lightbody also comes to us in the form of Kirlian photography, where the Lightbody makes an imprint on the film-light can be photographed coming out of the hands of healers. If you use that photographic technique to look at a leaf, you will see a glowing version of the leaf. Then tear off a piece of the leaf, and you will still see light coming from the entire leaf in the next photo you take. Post why? It's because the Lightbody remains intact. And if a person has an arm or leg amputated, we know that they will still have sensations in the missing limb. It may ache or itch, for example. This is called "phantom limb" syndrome. The person is actually feeling sensations in the Lightbody of their missing arm or leg.

We work with the Lightbody directly when we practice EDINA. Connecting to the Ankenash, Starbeings from Sirius-B, we follow instructions from them as to which EDINA techniques to utilize for that particular client, and in what sequence. The Ankenash work on our clients (or self) in the expanded realms at the same time we are working in the three / four dimensions (or densities). Communicating with us telepathically either by words heard clairaudiently, or visions of what to do next, or just a felt sense, these loving Starbeings assist and guide us in the healing session. This light / energy also comes out through the palms of the hands. In the …

Literacy: a Foundation for Development of Society

Introduction

Literacy is a basic human need and human right to knowledge. It has meaning only when it leads to participation in cultural and social activities. It is empowerment which means ability to make decisions and control affairs of ones own life, economically, socially and politically, it is the first step in a life-long earning process of man and women. Life without literacy is life without hope, security and freedom. It is the foundation of all skills and pre-requisite for economic development. Moreover, according to Stromquist (1995) in modern societies literacy skills are fundamental to informed decision-making, personal empowerment, active and passive participation in local and global social community.

At the same time literacy is helpful in the development of human relations, the economy, the political and social structure of nations and the culture. All these aspects are precisely described below.

Individual Development and Literacy

Literacy is useful at the individual level in inculcating humanistic etiquettes and manners. The human benefits from literature are related to factors such as the improved self-esteem, empowerment, creativity and critical reflection that participation in adult literacy programmes and the practice of literacy may produce. Human benefits are intrinsically valuable and may also be instrumental in realizing other benefits of literacy: improved health, increased political participation and so on (UNESCO, 2006).

The most apparent aspects of the human characters influenced by the literacy teaching are the awareness, empowerment and self esteem. Bown (1990) claims that with the acquisition of literacy masses become more confident and courageous. The awareness produced among them because of the newly imparted knowledge help them to demonstrate decisive and confident behavior. They become more active in their social and private activities.

Literacy can also empower learners to take individual as well as collective action in various contexts of their every day life, such as household, workplace and community. These actions can affect two main related ways. First, literacy programmes themselves may be designed and conducted so as to make participants enough able to become authors of their own learning, developers of their own knowledge and partners in dialogue about limited situations in their lives.

Second, literacy programmes can contribute to broader socio-economic processes of empowerment provided they take place in a supportive environment. Many learners of both the genders want to become able to read and write letters, deal with money only because they desire be to self-reliant and to exert control over everyday-life situations, citing, for instance, keeping secrets and not being cheated (Lind, 1996).

Economic Development and Literacy

An educated and skilled workforce is one of the pillars of the knowledge-based economy. Increasingly, comparative advantages among nations come less from natural resources or cheap labour and more from technical innovations and the competitive use of knowledge. Education is one of the most powerful instruments known for reducing poverty and inequality and for laying the basis for sustained economic growth. Literacy is a word that is usually associated with the more positive aspects of human civilization, like social and economic …

Pumping Iron: The Art of Body Building

While people have always had a concept of beauty, that concept has changed throughout the years. Obese women were once the epitome of sexy because extra weight was a sign of health and hinted at their abilities to bear many children. Tanning booths may be popular now, but paleness was once the most desirable skin tone, as it meant the individual had the luxury of remaining inside, unneeded in the fields.

Until the end of the 19th century, muscles were not really a focal point of attraction; consequently, men and women did not pay much attention to weight training. However, audiences slowly began to appreciate the physique of men during strength demonstrations and wrestling matches, giving birth to the art of body building.

The goal of body building has always been to achieve some physical ideal. In the early years, the Grecian ideal reigned supreme; men crafted their bodies according to the proportions of ancient Roman and Greek statues. Modern bodybuilders aim for muscle development far beyond that of Adonis. The largest, most distinct muscles are the most aesthetically pleasing, and bodybuilders do everything in their power to accentuate their cuts, from tanning and lighting to applying oils and lotions. However, while both the definition of beauty and the ultimate goal of body building have changed, the process of achieving results has remained consistent: nutrition, training and rest.

The Three Steps

Nutrition is integral to any fitness regime, but especially to body building. Without a specialized diet, bodybuilders are unable to grow and repair muscle; they require more calories and more protein. Bodybuilders consumer certain carbohydrates to fuel their bodies, and ingest large amounts of protein to build muscle. Body building athletes should aim at getting almost 30 percent of their calories from protein; while carbohydrates stimulate muscle synthesis, without protein, the body lacks the materials with which to synthesize.

While nutrition provides the building blocks, weight training provides the imagination. Strength training with free weights or elastic resistance results in rapid muscle growth. However, what many people fail to realize is that muscle growth results due to the damage caused by weight training.

When lifting, bodybuilders tear their muscles; these microtraumas are felt as general soreness, called delayed onset muscle soreness. When the body repairs these tears, it goes above and beyond the call of duty, furthering the development of the muscles. Body building, in essence, is a violent sport, and brings a literal connotation to the idea of no pain, no gain.

Rest is the often ignored component of body building. Without rest, muscle growth cannot occur, since muscle development happens during the repairing process, the body must have downtime in order to focus on this work. Without rest, muscles cannot recover; a bodybuilder must plan both gym time for muscle stimulation, and rest for muscle growth. Sleep is a huge factor. Eight hours of sleep per night is essential, and daytime naps help to further increase the body’s potential for muscle growth.…

Building Muscle – What Is The Best Way?

General , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , ,

Many people interested in making their bodies the best they can be are not only interested in weight loss, but in building muscle as well. This makes total sense. If you have ever seen someone who has lost a significant amount of weight without exercising, you will understand the need for building up the body’s muscles. When there is no muscle to replace the fat that was lost, it becomes saggy. In some cases, this is massively so. This is one of the biggest reasons for advocating exercise along with a good eating plan for people who wish to lose weight.

There are many safe ways to go about building muscle, even if you are not a professional body builder. You can visit your local gym and speak to a trainer. This is a person who knows what you will and will not be capable of doing. He or she will set up a work out program focusing on strengthening your muscles as you lose weight. In this way, your muscles will be in place when the excess fat comes off of you. So, instead of looking saggy, you will be not only be slimmer, but muscular in the just the right areas.

If you have been researching programs for building muscle, you most likely have seen just how many different books and DVDs are available on the subject. In fact, there are so many to choose from, each claiming to be THE perfect one, that you may find yourself just giving up on the whole idea. You don’t have to do that. It may take a little work on your part, but it is very possible to find a good, honest, and effective program just for you. Start by reading some reviews from real people on some of the more popular programs, and work from there.

Building muscle should not be a tedious project for you. Therefore, you will want to do something that you can safely do without hurting yourself. Your muscle building exercises really do not have to hurt you in order for them to work. It may be that you need something a bit easier to begin with. There are programs available just for beginners. If you have performed muscle building routines in the past, you may be able to start with a slightly more advanced program. Whatever you choose, make sure it is something that you will be able to do, and stick to as long as it takes to work.…

Michael Webster: Syndicated Investigative Reporter. Oct 8, 2009 at 7:00 PM PDT A Lake Elsinore man who lost his hand in an improvised explosion device (IED) is being held in custody today after he went to a hospital emergency room with his hand blown off. His brother and mother have been arrested on suspicion of making explosives and child endangerment, a Riverside county sheriff’s sergeant said.

The allegations stem from explosives found at the family’s home, where the mother ran a licensed daycare facility, said sheriff’s Sgt. Dennis Gutierrez.

Benjamin Kuzelka, 23, walked into a hospital and told emergency personnel that he had shot his own hand, said sheriff’s Sgt. Gutierrez.

An examination of the wound determined it was not consistent with a gunshot, and Kuzelka later told deputies that he had been injured by explosives, Gutierrez said.

Sheriff’s deputies, along with agents from the FBI and Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, went to his home at 30524 Audelo Street and found bomb-making materials and marijuana plants, the sergeant said.

Kuzelka was in serious condition and will be arrested when he recuperates.

His brother, Grey Timothy Kuzelka, 21, was arrested and booked into the county jail. He had been free on bail since Sunday, following an arrest on suspicion of drug possession, sales and transport.

Their mother, Rebecca Kuzelka, 55, was also  being held.
The possibility that the family is associated with hate groups or other radical home grown or international terrorist with intentions of bombing southern California targets is being investigated by local, county and federal authorities according to an investigator.
Law enforcement in surrounding counties including Orange and L.A.Counties are investigating to see if there is any connection between the Kuzelka family and any recent bomb threats.
LAX has long been believed by terrorist experts to be a high grade target for terrorist.
In a wide-ranging Rand report it considered the potential casualties from car bombs, mortars, snipers and surface-to-air missile attacks the most likely scenario and is the first public blueprint of the airport’s greatest vulnerabilities.
LAX, the world’s fifth-busiest airport, is considered the state’s top terrorist target. An Al Qaeda plot to explode several luggage bombs in terminals was foiled in December 1999.  According to former president George Bush a Los Angeles skyscraper was a terrorist target.
Bush indicated that in Feb 2006 – Al Qaeda terrorists were planning to fly a plane into the tallest building on the West Coast not long after they’d launched the Sept. 11, 2001, attacks on New York City and Washington.
The terrorists’ target was a notable Los Angeles office building, he said during a speech given at the National Guard Association of the United States’ headquarters.
The 73-story Los Angeles office building, the tallest structure west of the Mississippi River, was called the Library Tower at the time of the terrorist plot. It was later renamed US Bank Tower.
Bush said the scheme involved terrorists using shoe bombs to hijack an aircraft that would then …
